Estimated quantities are as follows: single vision plastic lenses ? 10,000 pair; single vision polycarbonate lenses ? 5,000 pair; bi-focal lenses ? 2,000 pair; tri-focal lenses ? 1,000 pair; tint lenses ? 5,000 pair. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. Only offers from small businesses will be considered. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. This solicitation will be posted on the Fort Knox homepage website at: http://www.knox.army.mil/garrison/doc/contracting_opportunities.htm on or about 17 April 2003 with bids due on or about 7 May 2003.
