- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals a re being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-27. The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334513 and the Business Size Standard is 500. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is DABJ05-03-T-0455. CLIN 0001 TACMET II Weather Sensor System to be placed insid e of shelter Joint Point Biological Detection System. 10 Individual manuals must be provided. CLIN 0002 TACMET II Weather Sensor System to e placed inside the shelter BIDS. 10 Individual manual must be provided. This is a compact single piece no-moveme nt part weather station. The wind speed range of 0 to 60 m/s, wind direction range 0 to 360, compass +2 accuracy, temperature range -30 C to 55 C, relative humidity 0 to 100% pressure range 600 to 1100hPa. Quantity is 10 EACH . Requisition Number W91B94 23033100. Acceptance shall be at Destination. Shipping shall be FOB Destination. Delivery shall be to the U.S. Army, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21010. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation--Commercial Items applies to this acquisition; fill-ins in Paragraph (a) are ? Technical, Price and Past Performance? and ? Technical and Past Performance are less important than price?. A completed copy of the provision a t 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items, must be provided with offers.
