Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The reference number is 03TC272. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-12. This is a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 332212. The size standard is 500 employees. The contractor shall provide the following items: Clin 0001: Qty (3) Tool set, professional, 1103 piece, Craftsman item # 946487 or equal. Clin 0002: Qty (3) Tool cart, 56?, 13 drawer, professional, black, Craftsman item # 96552 or equal. . FOB point will be Destination to be delivered to: 345 TRS/Det.1, 480 West Rd., Port Hueneme, Ca, 90343-4350. The provision in FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial items, is applicable to this solicitation. FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, is applicable to this solicitation and the blanks in section (a) are completed as follows: Price considerations. Offerors shall include with their quotes, a completed copy of 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items. Far 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items, 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercials Items, 52.232-33, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer--Central Contractor Registration, and DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration, are applicable to this acquisition. Responses to this RFQ must be received via fax or e-mail by the stated response time at the 37th Contracting Squadron, 1655 Selfridge Ave., Lackland AFB, TX 78236-5286. Quotes should be marked with the reference number. Vendors not registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award will be ineligible for award. No written request for quote is available.
