- AMENDMENT 001. PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN SUBPART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTATIONS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. NIOSH Request for Quotation No. 2003-Q-00845 was posted unrestricted as on April 11, 2003. The purpose of this amendment is to correct the manufacturer's name for the replacement tube bundles. "Chemline" should have been listed as "Cemline." The due date remains April 30, 2003. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
