- Emergency Watershed Protection, Blackwater Log Jam. Site is located approximately 1.5 miles South and 1.5 miles West of Sweet Springs in Saline County Missouri. Major items of work consist of Mobilization, Debris Removal - Log Jam #1 (approx. 3,254 CY), Debris Removal - Log Jam #2 (approx. 893 CY), Debris Removal - Log Jam #3 (approx. 6,534 CY), and Debris Removal - Log Jam #4 (approx. 12,644 CY). Solicitation will be available on the FedBizOpps website on April 28, 2003. Site showing will be held on May 14, 2003 at 10:00 a.m., local time (see solicitation for directions.)
