- ***OPENING DATE APRIL 25, 2003. CLOSING DATE MAY 25, 2003. LTC03042008669, NSN 5120-01-052-5642, Hydraulic End Puller, in accordance with SPX Corp, Cage Code 0PFG7 P/N 61269, U.S. Jack Co., Cage Code 0E3L5 P/N 24-52701. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This requirement is being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304?(1). This is an unrestricted procurement. This is a solicitation for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a base year and four option years. FOB Orgin, Inspection/Acceptance Orgin. Requested delivery is 75 DARO for the first shipment and 30 DARO for subsequent shipments. Solicitation will be available for issue on or about 21 April 2003 and close on or about 21 May 2003. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
