- NSN 6515-00-616-5052 Set, Laryngoscope, Macintosh, standard (lamp) includes blade sizes #1 (NSN 6515-00-913-4605), #2 (NSN 6515-00-955-8836), #3 (NSN 6515-00-955-8865), #4 (NSN 6515-00-913-4607), four (4) replacement lamps (one per blade-NSNS6240-00-797-0420/ 6420-00-552-9672). ?D? cell battery and compact case. Total Quantity: 700 EA. Delivery Schedule is as follows: 357 EA to Tracy, CA, 343 EA to New Cumberland, PA LARYNGOSCOPE most meet the requirements of Commercial Item Description A-A-55700, dated 30 June 1995,which will be included in the solicitation package. Procurement is Unrestricted. Previous Awardee: Rusch Inc., 399 each at $54.25 in Jan 2003.
