- PR-No.: YPE03080000497. NSN 5855-01-246-8265. Battery Cap Assembly. Full and Open Competition applies. IAW Army (80063) DWG A3144394 and all applicable documents. Quantity to-be-determined to be delivered at the rate of 2,000-each 60 days ADO and any balance at the rate of 2,000-each every 30 days thereafter. All shipments are to be CONUS. Various Increments Solicited: 1,500 to 2,499, 2,500 to 4,999, 5,000 to 7,499, and 7,500 to 10,000. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dsccc.dla.mil on its issue date of May 2,2003. Bid set available. This is a 100% small business set-aside. The small business size standard is 750 employees. Surge applies. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed five years. FOB Destination. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
