- Description
- Defense Systems Integration Office at Hill Air Force Base, Utah, is a design activity with the responsibility of providing programs and systems in support of the Distribution Standard System (DSS). A requirement exists to upgrade the existing Local Area Network to provide greater speed and efficiency in developing the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) systems Supporting the War fighter. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation SP4700-03-T-0013 is issued as a request for quote. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 12. The acquisition is unrestricted. The NAICS Code is 443120 and the associated NAICS code and small business size standard is $7,500,000.00. Delivery is 30 days after receipt of order. FOB destination. Place of performance, Hill Air Force Base, Utah. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The offeror that can provide all the products listed herein and offers the lowest price will be awarded the contract on an all or none basis. Offerors are to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
