Description

SYNOPSIS – 1 YEAR SUBSCRIPTION FOREIGN TECHNOLOGY ASSESSMENT DATA BASE. The Virginia Contracting Activity, on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency/Missile and Space Intelligence Center (DIA/MSIC), intends to issues a small purchase order with Applied Insights, Inc. The requested service is a one-year subscription service that provides technology risk assessments. The subscription provides a proprietary service with database access that is not available elsewhere within the market place. The period of performance is one year from the award date of the small purchase order. There is no travel is required. No request for proposals shall be issued other than this notice. The solicitation number is PAN # 30192-03. Quotations are due no later than 1200 noon Central Daylight Savings Time on the 29th of April, 2003 and can be sent by facsimile, electronic mail, or mailed to Virginia Contracting Activity, Missile and Space Intelligence Center, Contracts Office, Attn: Major Scott D. Micklewright, Building 4545 Fowler Road, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5500. Email address: dimicsd@msic.dia.mil, or FAX # 256-313-7963. Only offeror’s submitting a quotation and detailed technical response to include: the company’s foreign technology assessment data base, proposal performance methodology, and company history will be further considered for this small purchase order.
