- See numbered notes 1, 9, 13, and 26. This solicitation will be issued as a total small-business set-aside Indefinite-Delivery Type contract for the purchase of Tent, Expanded Soldier Crew, Green/Tan and Green/White, NSN?s: 8340-01-476-3414 and 8340-01-476-3470, which shall be manufactured in accordance with Specification number MIL-DTL-44427, Revision A, dated February 28, 2000. There will be a base year and four one-year term options. There will be a minimum quantity of 150 and a maximum quantity of 1,000 each for the base year, and a minimum quantity of 110 and a maximum of 1,000 each for each of the four one-year term options. There will be five deliveries 120 days after award or sooner. Destinations are Defense Distribution Depot Barstow, CA and Defense Distribution Depot New Cumberland, PA. All materials will be furnished by the awardee. FAR Part 12 procedures will not be used. Best Value, Source Selection is required under this solicitation, the following evaluation factors are included in this procurement: Past Performance, Manufacturing Plan, and DLA Mentoring Business Agreement. (as defined in DFARS clause 252.225-7014) must be grown, reprocessed, reused, melted or produced in the United States, its possessions or Puerto Rico, unless one of the DFARS 225.7002-2 exceptions applies.
