- Description
- The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego (SSC SD) intends to award a firm fixed price type contract to QinetiQ ltd of Farnborough, Hampshire, United Kingdom. The procurement will be conducted using other than full and open competition pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 (Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements). SSC SD intends to acquire engineering services to set up, configure, and support QinetiQ designed and produced Specific Emitter Identification systems undergoing evaluation through a Department of Defense sanctioned foreign comparative test evaluation. SSC San Diego intends to award this procurement on a sole source basis to QinetiQ ltd. This is not a request for proposal and no solicitation is available.
