Description

The intention of this solicitation is to obtain services for telespection of the gravity sewer system at Naval Air Station Pensacola, Florida by means of an indefinite quantity contract using FAR part 12 for "Acquisition of Commercial Items" and FAR part 13 "Simplified Acquisition Procedures". Complete telespection services shall be priced and will be purchased on a "per linear foot basis" according to the size of the gravity sewer lines. All work on this contract shall be completed within one year of award. The Government will make award to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and represents the Low Priced Technically Acceptable offer. The following items are required: 1) Completed & signed SF 1449 (page 1) 2) Total prices for line items 0001 & 0002 (page 2) 3) Complete Reps & Certs (pages 16-23) 4) Complete Exhibit A (attachment 16, pages 1 & 2) Note: Provide unit prices and extended totals on Exhibit A: ELIN?s A001-A006 (Line Item 0001) and ELIN?s B001-B006 (Line Item 0002). 5) Contractor's shall demonstrate their qualifications by submitting documentation required in Section M, technical factors (1) a) & b). Note: Failure to submit the required documentation, and provide prices for all items and quantities listed shall be cause for rejection of the bid. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (31-JAN-2003). IT ACTUALLY FIRST APPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 15-APR-2003.
