- Description
- Provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and all other items or services necessary for leasing, maintenance, and repair service of 411 electric washers, 360 gas dryers, and 39 electric dryers at Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas. Contractor shall be responsible for delivery, installation, cleaning, maintenance, repair, removal, and relocation of contractor furnished washers and dryers. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Size Standard System (NAICS) code is 532210. The size standard is $6.0 million. The initial performance period is 1 October 2003 through 30 September 2004 plus two one-year option periods. The government reserves its right to unilaterally exercise any/all remaining option periods for six-month periods in lieu of a twelve-month option period as the result of any subsequent OMB A-76 actions. The solicitation will be released on or about 20 May 2003. The solicitation package must be down loaded from the Internet; hard copies will not be mailed under any circumstances. Prospective offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) for an award of any contract. CCR information can be obtained electronically at www.ccr.gov or by telephone at 1-888-227-2423. This acquisition is subject to the availability of funds.
