- SYNOPSIS: Contractor to furnish all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to complete demolition and replacement of bathrooms finishes including by not limited to walls, floor, ceiling, prefabricated showers, toilet, electrical and HVAC fixtures at U.S. Coast Guard Station Destin, FL. Estimated construction price range is $100,000 and $250,000. Performance period is sixty (60) calendar days. Bid, payment and performance bonds are required. The applicable North American Industry Class System 2002 (NAICS 2002) code is 236220. The small business size standard is a three-year averaged annual gross receipt of $28.5 million. This solicitation is 100 percent set-aside for HUBZone small business concerns.
