Description

NA The Directorate of Contracting, Fort Gordon, Georgia is soliciting proposals for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, parts, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision to perform a Job Order Contract (JOC). The JOC is for a broad range of ma intenance, repair work and minor construction projects for Fort Gordon, Georgia, including the Fort Gordon Recreation Area, Leah, Georgia and U.S. Army Reserve Southeast Region. The associated North America Industrial Code System is 236220. Small Business size standard is $28,500,000. This acquisition is being advertised as an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) procurement, utilizing unrestricted competition procedures. The evaluation factors will be Past Performance, Experience and Technical C apability. The performance period is for one base year and four one year option periods. The guaranteed minimum for the base and any awarded option periods will be $250,000, with a maximum of $4,000,000 per period. The maximum amount is not guaranteed. A b id bond covering the minimum amount of $250,000 is required, and Performance and Payment bonds will be required for all task orders awarded. The solicitation is estimated to be issued on or about 5 May 2003. The solicitation may be obtained through the in ternet website (http://www.fedbizopps.gov). NOTE: No hard copies will be available.
