- Description
- The Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 21 is soliciting proposals to provide dialysis services. These services will be provided to VISN 21 facilities. Mail proposals to Lupe Arroyo, Contracting Officer, VA Palo Alto Health Care System, 3801 Miranda Avenue 90/CCA, Bldg. 6, Room C-136, Palo Alto, CA 94304. All proposals must be received in the issuing office no later than March 3, 2003. No telephonic request will be accepted. Questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing to fax number 650-849-0332, no later than February 18, 2003 with NO EXCEPTIONS. Electronic solicitations may be obtained FREE at the following URL: http://www.va.gov/oa&mm/busopp/sols.htm. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at the URL address.
