- Request for Information (RFI) NOUN: WEB BASED, HOSTED, FILTERED EMAIL ACCOUNT SERVICE Sources Sought - Request for Information (RFI) - Response to this notice is not an offer and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The Government is only looking for future potential sources for these items/services. The Department of Defense Dependent Schools (DoDDS) Pacific Procurement Division is seeking sources for A WEB BASED, HOSTED, EMAIL ACCOUNT SERVICE FOR APPROXIMATELY 24,000 K-12 STUDENTS AND 2,000 FACULTY AT DODDS SCHOOLS LOCATED IN JAPAN, KOREA, AND GUAM. You will find the listing of requested items/service attached with our vendor information form. Please fill out and provide us the attached RFI vendor information BY 12: 00 PM EST 07 MAY 2003. Services requested: A filtered web-based, hosted, email account service for approximately 24,000 K-12 students and 2,000 faculty at DoDDS Pacific schools.
