- SIC Code 1796 - The General Services Administration is soliciting proposals for Elevator Modernization for the Federal Office Building, Gallup, NM. Solicitation GS-07P-03-UFC-0002, Project Number RNM97012. The point of contact is Lisa M. Smith, Contracting Officer, New Mexico Service Center (7PWN), 817-978-3149. The purpose of the project is to modernize two (2) passenger elevators, including machines, controllers, cabs, cables, fixtures, etc to meet all accessibility and code standards. The estimated cost range is between $350,000 - $450,000. The solicitation issue date will be on or about May 15, 2003. The proposal due date will be on or about June 17, 2003. A pre-proposal conference will be held on or about June 3, 2003. Attendance at this conference is mandatory. Specifications will be available for downloading from the Internet at www.fedbizopps.gov. This solicitation and other documents related to this procurement will only be available over the Internet. These documents will be in a PDF format and can be accessed using a WWW browser.
