- Description
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division plans to enter into a fixed price supply type contract with Palomar Products, 23042 Arroyo Vista Rancho, Santa Margarita, CA 92688-2406. The requirement is for a quantity of eleven each of an upgrade/enhancement to the AN/AIC-34(V)1 Intercommunication Set which will be in accordance with a Statement of Work. These requirements will be procured on a sole-source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. It is anticipated that the delivery will be FOB Destination Crane Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane, Indiana within 24 months after contract award.
