- THIS SYNOPSIS IS FOR INFORMATION PURPOSE ONLY. The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Patuxent River, MD, intends to negotiate for an extension to an existing order on a sole-source basis with Eagan McAllister Associates (EMA), Inc., 47332 Eagan, McAllister Lane, P.O. Box 986, Lexington Park, MD 20653-0986 for the procurement of continued Corporate Operations ADP Services. This effort provides for SAP computer system analyst support for an ongoing corporate wide SAP implementation program. This action is a sole source modification to contract N00421-97-A-1443, Task Order 0296 to extend the task order for a seven-month period. The applicable SIN is 132-51 (ADP Services). EMA will provide technical support for business and financial ADP support services necessary to continue operations until a competitive acquisition is awarded. This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of Title 10, U.S.C., 2304(c)(1) as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. While this notice of intent is for information purposes only and not a request for competitive proposals, interested parties may identify their interest and technical capability respond to this requirement and may submit information, which shall be considered by the NAWCAD. The Government is assessing longer term requirements and future efforts will be competed. The Government retains the right not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice. See Numbered Note 22.
