- Minerals Management Service (MMS) intends to award a Contract to Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, BP8, Redmond, WA 98052-6399, utilizing other than full and open competition for a Commercially available Microsoft Premier Support Services Subscription Package for one year on all Microsoft products presently licensed by Microsoft Corporation to MMS. Microsoft Corporation has stated that they do not provide this service package through dealers or certified solution providers. No solicitation is available for this sole source acquisition.
