- The Naval Facilities Engineering Command has a requirement for eNeighborhoods database products license renewal. This requirement is being issued by Gov.Works under the franchise authority of the Department of the Interior on behalf of the Naval Facilities Engineering Command in accordance with FAR 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with eNeighborhoods for these proprietary licenses in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. This is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received within 5 working days after the date of publication of this notice.
