Description

Project is reopened. This is a presolicitation notice to provide all labor, material, and equipment necessary to design and build a new storage building measuring 40' wide and 100' long, clear span, rigid metal frame building. Provide one enclosed and heated storage area measuring 20' wide and 40' long. The remainder of the building shall be open general storage. Design and construct the interior reinforced concrete building foundation, interior concrete floor slab, exterior concrete aprons and pads, utilities, site work and all related work necessary to provide a complete and fully operational storage building. Performance period is 90 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. The estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. The solicitation will be issued on or about May 1, 2003 with a closing date of on or about June 2, 2003. The solicitation will be available through the Governmentwide Point of Entry (GPE) (http://www.fedbizopps.gov). Parties that are unable to access the GPE, shall fax a request for the solicitation to 303-236-4791, Attention: Michael Bachofen. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
