Small Business Set-Aside: Total Small Business
Description: This is an Amendment to the combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice under Request for Quotation No. 03-SQ-34-0128 which incorporates all provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular No. 2001-12. This amendment provides the information on the current valves for which the actuators are being acquired. CLIN 0002--2 each for an 18-inch diameter Tricentric Wafer Style Butterfly Valves; and 3 each for an 18-inch diameter Alfa Laval Lug Style Butterfly Valves. CLIN 003--1 each for a 24-inch diameter Tricentric Wafer Style Butterfly Valve and 1 each for a 24-inch diameter Alfa Laval Lug Style Butterfly Valve. CLIN 004--2 each for a 12-inch diameter Tricentric Wafer Style Butterfly Valves. The maximum pressure differential is 500 psi. All other terms and conditions remain the same. The deadline for receipt of bids is extended to April 24, 2003, 4:15 p.m. local time. Responses to this RFQ should be mailed to Bureau of Reclamation, Yuma Area Office, Attention: YAO-3110, 7301 Calle Agua Salada, Yuma AZ 85364.
