- NA The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers intends to award a sole source contract to Brodart Automation for the Corps of Engineers Libraray Information Online (CELIO) Database. SYNOPSIS AND SOLICITAION: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additiona information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is DACA72-03-T-0003, which is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation incorporates provision and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-08, NAICS code is 541519. The period of performance is 19 Ma y 2003 to 18 May 2004 plus one option year. Additional FAR and DFAR clauses are applicable: 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.222-26, 52.232-33, 252.225-7001.
