NSN: 1650-01-298-8467, PRON AX3F0087, Part Number 70651-03201, Quantity: Min/Max 150/950, applicable to the (BE) UH-60, F.O.B. origin with deliveries to Tobyhanna, PA. This item is restricted to Moog Inc (Vendor Code 94697), Kaiser Aerospace & Elect (Cage Code 86831) and Sikorsky Aircraft Co (Cage Code 78286). Required delivery schedule is 50 each, 270 DACA and 50 Subsequently Monthly Quantity. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). The approved source(s) retain data rights, manufacturing knowledge, or technical data that are not economically available to the Government, and the data or knowledge is essential to maintaining the quality of the part. This acquisition contains technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 2 2, USC., Sec 2751 ET SEQ) or the Export Administration Act (Title 50, USC., App 2401-2402) Executive Order 121470. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek so urce approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. All responsible sources may submit an offer that shall be considered by the Agency. Foreign Firms are remin ded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Government. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to closing date stated above NOTES: 23 and 26
