To obtain this solicitation package, send a telefax to the person shown above, being sure to include company name, address, telephone number and solicitation/RFP number. No telephone request will be accepted. NSN: 6130-00-059-3404, PN: 28VS200Y9, PRON:AX3C0085AX, Quantity: Min/Max 25/425 each,Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Requirement, applicable to the CH-47. F.O.B. Origin with deliveries to Texarkana, TX, Barstow, CA. The approved source is restricted to Federal-Mogul Aviation Inc, Div of Champion Aviation Inc (Cage Code 0AFL4). Required delivery is 25 each, 270 Days After Contract Award. The Government physically does not have in its possession sufficient, accurate, or legible data to purchase this part from other than the current sourc e(s). Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cm o/ and looking under SAR information. This acquisition contains technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, USC., Sec 2751 ET SEQ) or the Export Administration Act (Title 50, USC., App 2401-2402) Executive Order 121 470. This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Government. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. All responsible sources may s ubmit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
