Description

Government is performing market research to find sources for CAD software. Software must have following capabilities: Ability to draw a schematic, perform a simulation on a schematic to verify its integrity, convert this information to a Printed Circuit Board layout, send this information to a router table to make a finished P.C. Board for Training Devices/Aids, and the software must be able to read already existing ORCAD files from previous schematics.
