- Description
- The purpose of this action is to ascertain the magnitude of interest to provide necessary services and materials to provide rental and maintenance of washers and dryers at Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas. Work shall be performed by qualified personnel in accordance with standard industry practices. All washers and dryers shall be new heavy-duty high efficiency appliances for commercial use and are not equipped with coin-operated boxes. Appliances in each laundry room shall be of the same color with factory baked enamel finish. The North American Industry Size Standard (NAICS) Code is 532310. The size standard is $6.0 million. The projected performance period is 1 October 2003 through 30 September 2004 plus four one-year option periods. In lieu of a twelve-month option period, the Government reserves its right to unilaterally exercise any/all remaining option periods for six-month option periods, if necessary, as the result of any subsequent OMB A-76 actions.
