- The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) is soliciting quotations to provide all labor, tools, parts and equipment to clean boilers at the Chicago Healthcare System (Lakeside Divisions) Chicago, IL. Anticipated period of performance is June 1, 2003 through September 30, 2003 with four (4), one-year option renewal periods, at the Government=92s discretion. Contract type is firm-fixed price. This is solicitation is small business set-aside and offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including the Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. The NAICS code is 238220, size standard $12.0 Million applies. Anticipated award effective date is June 1, 2003. Electronic version and hard copy of solicitation will be available on or about April 17, 2003.
