- The acquisition schedule detailed in the original pre-solicitation notice has changed. FHWA now anticipates issuing solicitation DTFH61-03-R-00029 on or around 01 May 03. Estimated proposal due date remains on or about 30 days from release of the solicitation, with an estimated award date no later than 01 Sep 03. All other information in the pre-solicitation notice posted 13 Jan 03 is unchanged.
