- This notice modifies the earlier notice to Solicitation Number 233-03-0306 and issues Amendment Number 1 as follows: Amendment Number 1 extends the due date for receipt of proposals from April 21, 2003 at 2 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) until May 2, 2003 at 2 p.m. EST. Amendment Number 2 will transmit Industry Questions and the Government's responses. Amendment Number 2 will be issued within the next several days. Offerors should continue to monitor this website for Amendment Number 2.
