- Description
- The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) intend to negotiate on a sole source basis with Global Health Council, Washington, DC 20006. The purpose of this procurement is to further HRSA?s goal of educating others of the effects of environmental conditions on the health status of individuals, particularly those with HIV/AIDS; the particular vulnerability of people with HIV/AIDS to environmental conditions; and the challenges of integrating the principles and framework of palliative care into the delivery of care and services to people living with HIV/AIDS throughout the continuum of illness. The anticipated period of performance is for one (1) month. Global Health Council is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services as set forth in FAR 6.302-1 (a)(2).
