Description
1. Medical Support of U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Mandated Fitness For Duty Program Supplier must be able to meet the requirements of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission program described in Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 26. Supplier must provide a secured collection site and qualified staff for conducting drug and alcohol (D/A) pre-access, random and for cause screening in accordance with NRC 10CFR26. Must be able to provide D/A screening at your clinic location within a 30 mile radius of the U.S. Department of Energy Savannah River Site near Aiken, South Carolina and provide collection site personnel to conduct screening in an onsite collection facility on our property on the U.S. Department of Energy Savannah River Site near Aiken, South Carolina as needed. Must also provide MRO services, EAP services, contract with SAMHSA certified lab for sample analysis, transport samples to lab while maintaining chain of custody, maintain confidentiality during receipt of lab results and report to DCS. Must maintain calibrated evidential breath alcohol testing equipment and records associated with all D/A testing, and administer blind sample performance testing protocol. 2. Occupational Health & Medicine Support Required certifications: Physician: Board certified in Occupational Medicine Nurses: Certified Occupation Health (COHN) Technician certifications required: CAOHC, Spirometry, ECG Must be able to provide certified Occupational Health & Medicine staff at your clinic located within 30 mile radius of the U.S. Department of Energy Savannah River Site near Aiken, South Carolina to conduct pre-access, routine, and post exposure physical assessments as requested. Ability to consult and refer to various medical specialties including but not limited to PT, cardiology, radiography, and certified class "B" reader. Must also provide Certified Occupational Health Nursing staff to ensure full-time coverage to our onsite clinic facility at the U.S. Department of Energy Savannah River Site near Aiken, South Carolina. Onsite staffing must support a 7-day/week, 10 hour/day rotating shift. Must have Occupational Health Clinic protocols for implementation at offsite locations.
