- AMENDED: TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE IS REMOVED. Quartz Road 27 Drainage Upgrades on approximately 8 miles of forest roads on the Tiller Ranger District; Work is located beginning approximately 44 miles east of Canyonville, Oregon, and includes excavation, culvert removal, new culvert installation, ditchline work, roadbed reconditioning, aggregate and riprap work, and associated drainage improvement work; This is a Request For Quotes; In addition to price proposals Quoters are required to complete a Questionnaire; Detailed Technical Proposals are not required; Technical response elements include equipment capability, work sequencing, and past performance history; Award evaluation criteria include technical approach, equipment capability, and past performance history in addition to price; Award may be made without discussions; This project may include option items for additional related work; The project magnitude is in the range between $25,000 and $100,000; NAICS 237310; see note 1 [this is an emerging small business set-aside] Solicitation documents will be posted on the FEDBIZOPS site when ready.
