The intent of this IDIQ solicitation is to provide revegetation services for the treatment of disturbed areas that are located on National Forest lands. The work shall include the collection and analysis of soil samples, scarification, compost application, fertilizer application, seeding, mulch and tackifier application, and irrigation. Work may occur anywhere on National Forest lands within the Lake Tahoe Basin, including both California and Nevada. Multiple awards may be made. The resulting contract(s) shall be of a 1 year duration from date of award, with 2 option years. The solicitation package will be posted at this Internet site on April 29, 2003. The response date is May 29, 2003 at close of business (4:30 pm).
