- Description
- The Forest Service intends to acquire contractor-owned, contractor-operated Call-When -Needed light fixed-wing services for wildland fire suppression and administrative flights for the Helana, Lewis and Clark and Beaverhead-Deerlodge national Forests. Designated bases are Helena, Dillon and Great Falls, Montana and surrounding areas. Multiple awards are anticipated. Total contract time will be for 1 year, and the Governement has the option to renew the contract for 2 additional one-year periods. This project will be advertised as a Commercial Item written quotation, and will be solicited under the Simplified Acquisition Procuedures. Quotes are due April 25, 2003, close of business.
