- Portal Creek Road Bridge Replacement. Remove old existing bridge structure and replace with new bridge using downstream survey and alignment control points. Replacement includes all excavation, traffic control or closure, signing, treated materials transport to job site, and cleanup of premises. ***The ENTIRE solicitaion package will be posted on the FEDBIZOPPS website for downloading. Bids can be submitted directly from the information provided on that website. It is anticipated that the entire solicitation package will be posted approximately 23 April 2003***
