- PR No: LTC02311005484. This solicitation will contain 14 NSN for Desiccant, Activated. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years. This procurement is being advertised as full and open, 100% small business set-aside. MSDS and Hazard Warning labels are required IAW QAP 251. Qualified Products List (QPL) is applicable to the procurement. Delivery: FOB point is at Destination, Direct Vendor Delivery (DVD) at Origin. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The government reserves the right to award this procurement in aggregate. The solicitation issue date is on or about 21 April 2003. The anticipated award date is 12 June 2003. Reference notes 1, 9, 23 and 26.
