- NSN: 4030-01-187-0964, Shackle, Safety Anchor. Made in accordance with Army Drawing (19207) 12328579 and all current related data. Quantity of 12,734 each to be delivered within 120 days to Stockton, CA (3,367 each); and Texarkana, TX (3,000 each). All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Notes: 1 and 26. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of 05/03/03. The Small Business size standard is 1000 employees. Drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS or SRweb solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
