- NSN: 5960-01-174-4480. Item Description: Electron Tube. Approved Sources: Thomas Electronics (01852) P/N 7M497P43, Brimar Inc ((60750) P/N G2003-S3, Kaiser Electonics (09344) P/N 39030-7. First Article Testing (FAT) is required for this NSN. FAT is waived for the above approved sources. This is a long term, Indefinite Quantity solicitaiton. Incremental quantities of 20 thru 400 each. Estimated annual demand quantity is 268 each. First delivery order quantity will be determined at time of award. Copies of this solicitation will be available after 1 May 03 from the DSCC web page: http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp. All responsible offers may submit an offer which shall be considered. Note 26 applies.
