Description

Notice of intent to award a sole source contract to XyEnterpise, 30 New Crossing Road, Reading; MA 01867-3254. XyEnterpise is the manufacturer of these items. The sole-source will be made for the purchase of the following items: 1. Content@Server for Solaris or AIX Operating system ? 1 ea. 2. Content@Client for Unix ? 1 ea. 3. Content@Client for NT ? 1 ea. 4. Content@API Connection ? Concurrent ? 1 ea. 5. Content@Application Interface SW ? EPIC ? 1 ea. 6. Content@Application Interface SW ? XPP ? 1 ea. 7. XyDiff Differencing Engine License (Development Server License) ? 1 ea. The Defense Logistics Information Service is in the process of awarding a contract to XyEnterprise under FAR Part 6.302-1 (only one responsible source will satisfy agency requirements). This will be a firm-fixed price contract. If there are any other firms who can provide the specified items, please provide a name and address on or before April 21, 2003. If no responses are received by the above date, a sole-source contract with XyEnterprises will be pursued.
