Description: The purpose of this requirement is to obtain the necessary petroleum services and facilities to support aviation turbine fuel (JP8) storage requirement in Hachinohe, Japan area. The contractor is required to provide all manpower, equipment, material, and resources necessary to perform stated services. Services to be performed include the following: receiving, storing, shipping, and protecting of Government-owned petroleum product. The proposed requirement will be for five-year multiyear contract beginning January 15, 2004. STORAGE CAPACITY: Approximately 9,400 cubic meters (M3) (59,000 barrels) for 12-month contract period.
