- Furnish all material, labor, equipment and transportation necessary to rehab the sewer lines located at Building 1790, USCG Air Station Barbers Point, Kapolei, Hawaii. The work includes rehabilitation of existing gravity sewer lines using the Cured In Place Pipe (CIPP) method, color closed circuit TV (CCTV) inspections, record videotapes, sewer control, cleaning, flushing, de-scaling, obstruction removal, and lateral reinstatement. This solicitation is a best value source selection. Offers will be evaluated on price, past performance, and qualifications of key personnel. The period of performance is 100 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. This procurement is estimated between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00 and is a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 237110. Size Standards is $28.5. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Offerors should register to receive notification of this solicitation. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will be posted solely on this website. This solicitation can be downloaded from the http://www.eps.gov on approximately April 30, 2003. If it does not appear on that day, please check back daily. The date set for receipt of offers is approximately June 3, 2003. This date is estimated and may change. For security reasons all Coast Guard Drawings are available through the Federal Technical Data Solution (FedTeDS) which will have a separate link on the FedBizOps webpage identified as Technical Data Package. Offerors will need to register with FedTeDS and receive a user name and password to be able to download Coast Guard Drawings. All responsible sources are encouraged to respond.
