Description
The following questions and answers shall be considered as Amendment 0001 to the original combined solicitation and synopsis. These questions and answers are incorporated into this solicitation. The original combined synopsis/solicitation follows the questions and answers. ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS 1. Will the DOC provide a work space and office facilities to the contractor? Answer: Yes. The Government will provide a phone, computer, and cubicle space. 2. What government supplied facilities or resources are provided? Answer: The Government will provide office space as indicated in Answer #1 as well as general office supplies. 3. Will the contractor need to provide the Hardware and Software assets for the CAD system? Answer: No. 4. Does the DOC have published CAD standards to follow or is this something the contractor must produce as part of the job? Answer: The Contractor will not be responsible for producing CAD Standards. 5. Is there a specific format desired for our proposal submission? Answer: There is no proposal submission format. Proposals shall not exceed 10 pages. 6. We are assuming that the HOURLY RATE pricing requested should be for Fully Loaded rates that include DL, OH, G&A and ODC ? Answer: The hourly rate provided shall be fully loaded rates to include direct labor, overhead, G&A and odc?s. 7. Is there any allowance for contractor travel or per-diem in the contract? Answer: The Government will not reimburse the contractor for travel including local travel, or per diem. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (06-MAR-2003). IT ACTUALLY FIRST APPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 14-APR-2003.
