- The Department of Defense (DoD), TRICARE Mid-Atlantic Region (TMAR) is seeking up to 30 exhibits to exhibit healthcare products and/or services at the TMAR 2003 Regional Conference, to be held at the Chesapeake Conference Center, 900 Greenbrier Circle, Chesapeake, VA June 3-5, 2003. The TMAR 2003 Conference will feature numerous educational and training sessions exploring the various components of healthcare revenue cycle management to include patient administration, medical coding, utilization management, insurance billing and reimbursement, resource management, managed care operations, medical information systems, marketing and customer service. Products or services must be applicable to management and/or delivery of healthcare within the DoD managed care environment. For more information, please visit the conference website at. http://conference.standardtechnology.com/tmar2_2003 The conference will include an Exhibit Hall to be open three days from Tuesday, June 3 ? Thursday June 5, 2003. Cost to exhibit is $850. Hotel reservations can be made at the Holiday Inn Chesapeake, which is next to the Conference Center by calling 1-800-465-4329 and identifying yourself as attending the TMAR Conference. Additional information regarding the nature of exhibits sought will be provided in the exhibitor prospectus. Exhibit space will consist of 8? x 10? booths with pipe and drape. All arrangements will be made through the conference support contractor, Standard Technology, Inc.
