- Jacket 547-244, Occupational Specialites Booklet. Quantity: 200,085. 8.5 x 11", saddle stitched. 12 text pages plus cover. 80 lb. white litho coated text and 80 lb. white litho coated cover. Prints in 4-color process. Spot UV coating required on covers and in text. Additional requirements for approximately 8,000 cards, 5.5 x 3.5", printing in black ink, one side only, on 110 lb. white index. One card to be inserted into each shrink film wrapped package. Bulk delivery and nationwide distribution required by May 20, 2003. Quality level II. IMMEDIATELY FAX BID REQUEST ON FIRM'S LETTERHEAD TO 312.886.3163. REQUEST BY JACKET NUMBER. Cite company name, address, phone and fax numbers, and GPO Contractor's Code, in known. No contractor's code does not preclude bidding. Only one bid request per letter. Separate letters required for each different jacket/program request. BID SPECIFICATIONS HAVE NOT YET BEEN WRITTEN but will be faxed to the requestor when avaialable. Bidder must have the actual bid specifications to bid, insufficient information in this ad on which to bid.
