- NAICS Code: 532490 THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN SUBPART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION. QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation number is RFQ-RT-03-00182 and the solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-13. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) anticipates that a purchase order will be awarded as a small business set-aside, firm-fixed price purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The associated North Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 532490 and the size Standard is $5.0 Million. The contractor shall provide two (2), Agilent 5973N MSD/DS Performance Turbo CI Bundle GC/MS systems with the following: (1)G1789A-5973N MSD/DS Performance Turbo CI Bundle for use w/6890GC. Includes G2589A MSD, ChemStation (W2K), G1701DA SW, laser jet printer, 59864B gauge controller. With the following configuration: Ship-to Country reference: US, Installation (44K), Familiarization at installation (44l), 1 Year SW Upgrade/Phone Assist (44W). (2) G1943N - 6890 GC/7683 injector for 5973N MSD Includes 100psi split/splitless inlet, LAN card and interfaces for 5973N MSD. and G2613A autoinjector (model 7683). includes one G2613A autoinjector With the following configuration: Ship-to Country referance: US, Installation (44K), Familiarization at installation (44L). (3) G2614A -7683 Autosampler tray module. Includes a pack of 100 2-ml screw-cap vials. Provides cable connection for the G1926A bar code reader. With the following configuration: Ship-To Country reference: US, Installation (44K), Familiarization at installation (44L) (4) G1033A - NIST98 MS Library Bundle includes: 130K spectra, 107K structures (Agilent & NIST formats) and NIST MS Search and Deconvolution Programs. Requires120MB. CD ROM. With the following configuration: Ship-to Country reference: US, Installation (44K). Contractor shall submit: (a) lease to purchase proposal monthly lease price. (b) and price of equipment should the Government elect to purchase at a later date, prior to expiration of the lease-purchase agreement. The lease shall cover the specified period of time at constant rate of payment. (c) Quoted price for lease FOB Destination (d) Equipment must be new not used. The estimated lease to purchase period is from time of award thru 60 months. The following FAR provisions shall apply to this solicitation: 52.207-05 Option to Purchase Equipment, 52-212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items. All offerors are to include with their offer a completed copy of provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items. The following FAR clause applies to this acquisition: 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items.
