- FEDBIZOPPS Sources Sought ? OEIS PeopleSoft Project Implementation The United States Mint?s (MINT) Office of Planning, Analysis and Review (OFPAR) has begun an effort to implement the PeopleSoft Projects module. The Mint will require the support of a contractor, experienced in PeopleSoft Projects implementations, to complete requirements as identified by the project plan. The period of performance for this requirement will begin at contract award (approximately June 13, 2003) and continue through September 30, 2003. The solicitation document will be available on or about April 21, 2003. All contractors doing business with the U.S. Mint must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. CCR information and registration can be found at the website: www.ccr.gov or by calling (888)227-2423. NOTE: The United States Mint is, through legislation, exempt from the laws governing procurement and public contracts.
